Thor Website Design LLC Terms & Conditions

**1. Subscription and Billing**  

-THOR 365 software Monthly or Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No long term commitments.  

- Website Monthly or Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, clients are required to pay for the first 12 months of the subscription, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.  

- Hosting fees are billed annually and must be paid in full to ensure the website remains operational. The website may be taken down if hosting fees are not up to date.

- RSM Fees are collected as invoices are made from THORs clients. No RSM fees are refundable.

**2. Signed Contract**  

- All clients subscribing to monthly or yearly services must sign a formal contract before any services are rendered.

- THOR 365 software subscription fees commence immediately when the software is branded and ready to use.

- Website subscription fees will not commence until the website is completed and the client has confirmed satisfaction.

**3. Website Ownership and Transfer**  

- Upon full payment, the website content and domain will be transferred to the client's GoDaddy account or a similar platform of their choice. Any fees associated with the transfer will be the responsibility of the client. This does not include the THOR 365 software, cancellation will result in loss of access to the software.

**4. Website Updates and Maintenance**  

- Updates and changes to the website are included with the monthly subscription. Clients must schedule any updates at least 30 days in advance.

**5. Cancellation Policy**  

- Clients may cancel their THOR 365 software anytime. No long term commitments. 

- Clients may cancel their website subscription at any time. However, if cancellation occurs before the end of the initial 12-month period, the remaining balance of the 12 months will be due, unless cancelled in the first 30 day money back guarantee period.

**6. Refund Policy**  

- Thor Website Design offers a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of service, as part of our commitment to client satisfaction. Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued unless specifically agreed upon in the contract.

**7. Cookies and Data**  

- We use cookies to enhance website performance and analyze traffic. By using our website, you agree to the collection and aggregation of data for these purposes.

**8. Changes to Terms and Conditions**  

- Thor Website Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and have the option to accept or terminate the agreement.
